Mr. Palmer received his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University (1984) and his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law (1989). He is admitted to practice in New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Prior to joining our firm in 2001, Mr. Palmer was a Senior Associate at Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz & Edelman & Dicker, LLP. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York in the Manhattan Trial Unit. Mr. Palmer is an experienced trial attorney dealing with auto liability, premises liability, labor law and toxic exposure
